These Terms of Use govern your use of the klavye.tech website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by the klavye.tech team (iletisim@klavye.tech).

What the service includes

klavye.tech is a free educational service. It offers a typing speed test with Turkish and English texts (15, 30, 60 and 120 seconds), 16-week touch-typing courses for the Q and F keyboards (48 lessons each), 16-week code-typing courses for Small Basic, Python, C#, C and JavaScript, animated finger and hand guides, and blog articles. You do not need an account to use it.

Free service, provided “as is”

The service is free and provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will produce a particular result. Content may be changed, updated or removed from time to time.

Content and copyright

The lessons, test texts, blog articles, animations and other original content on klavye.tech belong to klavye.tech and are protected by copyright unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for personal learning and teaching. You may not copy the content without permission, scrape it in bulk, republish it elsewhere or use it commercially.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to harm the site, overload its systems or threaten its security.
  • Scrape content or send bulk requests using automated tools or bots.
  • Manipulate shared results, create fake results or mislead others with them.
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes other people’s rights.
  • Share other people’s personal information without their permission.

Shared results

Result links created with the Share feature display your typing measurements. Links created from fake or altered data are not allowed. We may remove such links without prior notice. If you want a shared result deleted, email its link to iletisim@klavye.tech.

The site may contain links to third-party websites and advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Advertisements are served by Google and its partners. For details on how data is used, please read the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Limits of liability

The content of the site is for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. For more detail, please read the Disclaimer page.

Users under age

The site is family-friendly. Younger users should use it under the supervision of a parent or teacher. Parents and teachers should guide children on how they use the site. Teachers showing lessons in class for educational purposes is a natural part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when they are published. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Changes to the service and interruptions

We may change content, features and design to improve the service, and we may make the site temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. If we ever need to end the service, we will try to announce it on the site in advance.

No account or payment

You do not need an account, membership or payment to use the site, so we do not ask for account details or payment information.

Brand and intellectual property

The klavye.tech name, logo, the Tushi mascot, and the site’s design and software belong to us. Do not use these elements without permission, create look-alikes, or use them for another product.

If you believe our content has been used without permission, contact us at iletisim@klavye.tech. Include the content concerned and where it appears. We will review your notice and take the steps we consider necessary.

User responsibility

We encourage you to check information you see on screen yourself and make your personal decisions accordingly. Speed results and lesson content are not an official assessment.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the other parts remain in effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
